Prenatal massage which is similar to a relaxation or therapeutic massage with some body position modifications as the pregnancy progresses to ensure comfort for mom and baby. A body pillow is used for the first and second trimester to allow for a face down or stomach down massage. By the third trimester your position will change to side-lying for the full duration of massage. As with all other massages, your RMT will take into account your health history to give you and baby a safe and therapeutic massage for the full duration of your pregnancy.
