Lyndsay is a compassionate RMT, who has a deep understanding of body mechanics and how improper movement can manifest into a multitude of issues within the human body. She works closely with her clients to understand their concerns and develops a safe and enjoyable treatment plan to help them reach their goals. 

In the wild:

Lyndsay can be found with her husband and two daughters seeking out any local outdoor adventure they can find. Spending time at the water and hiking paths are their two favourite activities.
